Last night, we wrapped up a fun week of Vacation Bible School. Our church tried something different this year–evening VBS. I’d say it was a success–the children seemed to like it, and it was really nice to see so many dads involved this year.

It’s always fun to see the children sing the songs they learned during the week–especially when streamers are involved!

After the closing celebration, there was a big party outside. Sno-cones, popcorn, ice cream, games…but the biggest attraction?

Yep, one of our families owns horses, and they are kind enough to bring them, (and a wagon), out to church events occasionally. The children all enjoyed several rides–Moose especially enjoyed himself, and he also enjoyed sitting with Mrs. Betty on one of the trips!
