I’ve had this lovely Unique Vintage Delores dress since before Easter, but I’ve been so busy, I kept forgetting to share it until now! Other than one skirt, I really hadn’t ordered from Unique Vintage before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, how the dress would fit, or if I would even like it, but I decided to go ahead and get it, mostly because I felt like I really needed a basic blue dress in my wardrobe (also, it was on sale at the time). I’m glad I did, because it fits great, and it’s so pretty and versatile…plus, Chickadee calls it my I Love Lucy dress, which makes me exceptionally happy!
Since it’s known as an I Love Lucy dress around here, I decided to style it in just that way, with hat, gloves, and appropriate jewelry. Ignore the worried look…I just hate when it’s sunny out!
This dress isn’t 100% cotton, which is one of the things I was worried about. But it has a nice weight, and hangs really well, so there was no need for concern.

The Delores dress is a Unique Vintage staple, and is regularly available in different colors/patterns. I’m pretty sure I’ll have to add another version of this dress to my wardrobe eventually!
