I took a lot of pictures that I love at Bunny’s graduation, but one is more special than the rest…the one that shows the distance of time but the proximity of family between two WKU alumni.

My father-in-law graduated from Western (which at that time wasn’t even Western Kentucky University yet…it was Western Kentucky State College) 59 years ago. He is the reason Bunny chose Western, and I know how happy Bunny is to carry on that legacy. I was thrilled to be able to get a picture of their hands, with their class rings, as a momento of a very momentous occasion!
