I’m sure I’ll have more thoughts on the cancellation of the one and only soap opera I’ve ever been hooked on, but today, in memory of my favorite soap, the lyrics to We Belong, which was a part of the One Life to Live musical extravaganza last year, and seems oddly fitting right now:

I’d like to say that I’m 19 and I’ve been watching One Life to Live since I was in my mother’s womb. I’m so sad about this and like you, I will not be watching whatever it is they plan on replacing the show with.. I found a petition online, perhaps if we spread the word and rally together we may be able to save OLTL. It’s worth a shot!

Where did you hear this? I only watch OLTL and GH- I might cry if this is true.
It’s all over entertainment news, and ABC has confirmed…actually, the first place I heard about it was from Nathan Fillion on Twitter.
It’s a sad day for soap opera fans! 🙁
