I’ve been making “The Jell-O Halloween Special” off and on (more on, honestly) for years, but this year, I decided to update it a bit. In the spirit of this mid-century marvelous dessert, I decided to layer it parfait-style, and I really love how it looks… still “like a dish of sunshine all dressed up!” but even more so!
