The most-anticipated new arrival to St. Louis this year, Kali the polar bear, is settled into his new home at the St. Louis Zoo, and ready to be seen by his adoring public!

You enter “Polar Bear Point” by way of the Penguin and Puffin Coast, which is not a problem for us…that’s always one of our favorite parts of a trip to the zoo!

Of course we walked around and saw and did some other things while we were there…we even got to touch the stingrays at Caribbean Cove!

The new polar bear exhibit is really well done, giving the bear room to swim, climb, and play in the sand. There are several different viewing areas, including one that allows you see the polar bear in action underwater. I highly recommend visiting Kali in his new habitat!
