Today’s “Shadow Sunday” features the Colourpop Cosmetics “Glow Getter” shadow palette. I love that the colors in it are neutral, but with a good deal of sparkle!

This is a fairly simple eyeshadow look featuring the Colourpop Animal Crossing “Labelle of the Ball” palette…what I’m really excited about is my new Colourpop crème gel liner in Kicker! I’ve been looking for a silver eyeliner for a while, and I couldn’t wait to try this newly re-released formula. I’ve (surprisingly) gotten used to working with a liquid eyeliner, so this is going to take some practice, but I absolutely love the color!

You’ve seen “Sartorial Saturday” and “Mani Monday,” now it’s time for a new endeavor…”Shadow Sunday!” I’ve been working at improving my eye makeup (especially winged eyeliner!), with some limited success…I thought if I turned it into an occasional feature on my website, that might motivate me to continue to try to do better! To start, here’s a glimpse at one of my favorite recent looks (that you may have already seen), featuring the “It’s a Small World” shadow palette from Colourpop Cosmetics…the wing is decent (I used Maybelline’s Hyper Easy Liquid Pen Liner), but what I really love is the color blending I accomplished!
